General description:

 

Seeking proposals for the development of novel, lightweight, bioassay systems for the detection of trace explosives. Systems to be considered for this competition will encompass novel transduction platforms, consumables and swab-based sample inputs for the trace detection of three specified explosives targets. Systems should have the potential to be developed in the future to detect additional (ideally up to 10) substances of relevance to Defence and Security, e.g. additional explosives and other small molecule targets.
